Moral of the story is if you ever work at an aquarium..make sure not to hit the glass with your mop while singing. Second moral of this story...if you do run into a situation like this one, get to the yellow pages! 

This commercial relates to all ages, races, the whole world! I believe this is why this is such a great advertisement because it does relate to everyone. Everyone at some point in their life will have an emergency situation and need to contact help. 

I know what you're thinking. "Hello we have smart phones, computers, ipads, google, etc., why do we need a phone book?" My answer? When if one day we no longer have the ability to access those materials (2012...just sayin')? In reality that is never going to happen but the point of this commercial is to remind you that we still do need to use phonebook in case of emergencies.
