Sure we go to the movies for entertainment, and to get sucked into lives we wish our lives could be like. But there are some movies that we get so sucked into that we can believe that that life is actually real...and actually is sometimes. No I'm not talking about movies where aliens come into the world and try to take over, or superheros saving us in situations (that never happen in a daily life by the way).
Now I'm not bashing these movies by any means because lets face the facts, we all wish that could be our lives once an a while. But there are some movies that suck us in and it just seems so real.
When I was in high school with my mom that took me by complete surprise. It was so realistic in the way these people's lives were and I wanted nothing more than my future to end up like theirs...kind of. It's a movie about relationships, and no not ones that only happen in movies. Girls that are obsessed with guys that will never like them. Then you have the couple that has been together for years but they man has yet to propose. Also you have the girl that just doesn't care and sleeps around.
And the movie is....
What is so perfect is simply everything about this movie. It's as if the creators captured all single/married/confused men and women's dating lives and put them into a movie for all of us to enjoy. This movie goes to show that yes movies are enjoyed by taking us out of our daily lives. But that doesn't have to be done by having big heroes and explosives. Directors can take our daily lives and turn them into something we could never imagine.
